One fan from Leamington Spa is so keen that he sent his notes from the semi-final. “Much gurning” was his view of the Russian entry. Of the Moldovan entry he noted, “under-used trumpet”.

That’s fabulous. It’s a shame they didn’t link to the original image though so people could follow up on that idea. Journalists are still expecting people to consume content in the linear way they structure it.

One could argue that they serve their own interests best by doing that; at least until the practice begins driving away readers.
