“Synergy fancy you” and other bombshells

143 words, 1 image

To pass the time while Debbie was marking exam papers to earn us a holiday, I dug out my old scrapbook. I started this off in around 1990, but there’s things in it I’d had sitting around since I was in primary school. By around 1995, 2nd year university, just after I’d met Debbie (so she appears only a couple of times), it was full.
It turned out to be falling apart somewhat, so I took the opportunity to photograph every page, and I put it on Flickr — so you can judge my young self.

All the pictures are uploaded large, so you can click “view all sizes” and get a view that’s large enough to read the text. Some of the cuttings are funny, or nostalgic, or odd.

If you knew me in school or university, it’s possible you might find yourself in there.

That scrapbook is fascinating. Thanks for taking the trouble to put it online.
