106 words2-0 up at half time, there wasn’t much worrying going on when Leamington let one in early in the second half. However with 10 minutes to go and still no third goal, there was some muttering from spectators about having to play better than this when eventually we manage to play Biddulph. That third goal did eventually come, however, with a fourth in the closing minutes just to make sure.
We were more concerned about the cold. Four layers of winter clothes, including thermal long-johns, were not enough.
Oh, and Steve was more interested in speculating about the lineslady’s underwear than in either the match or the weather.
