		<description>I wonder whether the interestingness algorithm takes into account tags on the photo which correspond to tags on other photos that are deemed interesting for other reasons...?

e.g. if user A has a massively popular picture which is tagged with the keywords of "children" and "smoking", and got lots of views and comments, does my picture get some interestingness points just by virtue of having those two keywords?

Note this is the inaugural "photo of the week". Let's just see how long I can manage to keep it up... (and thanks for the idea, Ruth)</description>
