Doctor Who: brilliant
93 wordsThe Doctor Who two-parter that finished on Saturday was absolutely fantastic.
Clever, scary, funny, original.
After saving wartime London from errant nanotechnology, the Doctor reminds these Blitz ravaged people to set up the welfare state when they’ve won the war.
Today’s review in the Guardian points out that it features the Doctor’s first openly bisexual travelling companion (in “Captain” Jack). Make that polysexual, because it was hinted that he didn’t restrict himself to humans…
The dancing was a bit dodgy though.
Next week’s is set in modern day Cardiff — the assembly building was prominent in the trailer.
