My fascinating life

165 words

Instead of getting the bus from right outside my house this morning, I strolled into town to buy a copy of Lego Star Wars. in GameStation, there was no music playing. As the nice shop assistant totted up the trade-in value of the games I’d taken in, suddenly up struck the opening synth washes of the rather wonderful Jacknife Lee remix of Kasabian’s “Reason is Treason”.

I realised they must have had the album playing, and when I’d walked in, it was playing the long silence that makes this a “hidden bonus track”.

It’s a cracking track, but awkward to find and play (locate last track, fast forward). So, I finally got around to splitting the MP3 up into three tracks, and throwing away the silent one.

Much better.

Then I thought I glimpsed something through the corner of my eye, so I turned my head slightly for a better look, but there was nothing.

A report on Lego Star Wars when I get a chance to play it.
