93 wordsI played Power Grid with Gary, Dave, Tony, Chris and John last night, while another table played DOOM! the Board Game (”My pistol has an attack roll of 4 and a range of 3, but you have a +2 modifier…” ew. Although, it did feature chainsaws).
Power Grid was excellent, and lasted the whole evening.
The result was very close, with Dave, Chris and I each powering 14 cities. The tie was broken on remaining cash: Dave 1st, Chris 2nd, me 3rd. I’m not quite sure in what order 4th, 5th and 6th were taken.

6) John H (who started playing without a clue what the rules were, not even what the aim of the game was!)
