87 words, 1 imageWooster Collective is the Web site of some New Yorkers who are into contemporary art and illustration… which is cool.
Podcasting is the automated dissemination of audio content using RSS and MP3, which is also cool.
When Wooster announced they were launching a podcast, of course I subscribed at once. I expected their inaugural interview to be with an impossibly trendy fellow New Yorker. To my surprise, they were interviewing Jon Burgerman — a nicely spoken Nottingham resident. Nottingham, England. He may well still be impossibly trendy of course…

John and Debbie - Thanks for the kind words about our Podcasts. The Burgerman interview was fun to do. We actually did it 10 minutes after setting up the software to record and distribute the podcasts. Did you listen to the one we did last night with Lister? What did you think of it? Again, thanks for listening!
Cheers,
M&S

The Lister interview was good.
I’m by no means familiar with any of these artists, and checking them out podcast-by-podcast seems like a good way to drip-feed myself with new ones.
A lot of Lister’s stuff doesn’t grab me, but this one is terrific.
