Mum and Dad visit

Mum and Dad came to visit on Wednesday evening, and stayed until this morning.
Ruth made a flying visit on Wednesday too, because she was attending a
conference in Birmingham.
We had a nice meal in Zest with Mum and Dad on Thursday, and on Friday I took
the day off, we had lunch in the Falcon, and I got sage parental advice in
a garden centre. Mum took to cleaning the ivy leaves in the consevatory with
vigour.
Dad thrashed all of us at Settlers of Catan.
